The dispute resolution and financial consulting efforts of Market Consulting Corporation are under the direction of Dr. Ronald W. Cornew, the firm’s President and Senior Consultant. Dr. Cornew has more than two decades of experience in financial-industry specialties directly relevant to factual case development, applicability of related laws and regulations, preparation of reports, and expert witness testimony in hearings and court settings.

Dr. Cornew personally supervises MCC case work. His long experience has also generated a network of industry specialists for team efforts on very large or complex matters requiring detailed knowledge of less commonly encountered industry practices.

Dr. Cornew holds a doctorate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His experience includes reviewing customer complaints and participating in settlement negotiations for major brokerage firms. MCC consulting experience has included assignments for the NYSE, CBOT, CME, NYMEX/COMEX, OCC, TIAA/CREF, banks, and other major clients.
